Jöran Gesinn advises companies and management bodies on matters related to corporate compliance. His clients also include foreign authorities, whom he represents in judicial proceedings before various courts in Europe. Another key focus of Jöran Gesinn’s activities is to provide advice and to represent in customs and import tax-related matters, also regarding associated criminal law issues. Jöran Gesinn’s aim here is to dismiss allegations already during pre-trial investigations. Jöran Gesinn also has experience in implementing projects in the field of renewable energies. My passion
Incautious entrepreneurial action can have considerable and unpleasant economic consequences given the fact that the regulatory environment is constantly changing. Meticulously considering all possible alternatives provided by law, the discussions I have with my clients and opting for the right strategy to avoid possible legal confrontation with government agencies and private third parties is what makes this profession exciting for me.
